We invest in resilient and ambitious companies with strong growth potential and which are led by proven and passionate executive teams. We back established businesses across a range of sectors, acquiring both minority and majority stakes. 

As an independent sponsor, we invest in each company via its own dedicated structure, rather than a traditional fund. This gives us greater flexibility and allows us to journey with our investee companies for longer than traditional private equity funds. This differentiated approach offers shareholder stability, and allows the businesses we back to fulfil their value creation objectives without the pressures that often come from shorter investment cycles. 

The companies in which we invest come in all sizes but are typically well established, command strong positions in their respective markets and generate material levels of profits and cashflow. They typically have their centres of gravity in the United Kingdom but often have a global outlook. 

We seek to invest in only a handful of companies at any one time, giving our full focus to these businesses and supporting them in achieving their growth aspirations.

We typically invest from £20m to over £100m of capital per transaction.
